This is my latest hairstyle and i'm Wong Chun Sam with the matrix number 196193. I'm currently studying in UUM and going to graduate soon.

Batman

Batman at seminar hall,lol. I was so shocked when i saw this batman because i was sitting there for a long period of time and i did not noticed it was there. I was talking on the phone that time but suddenly i saw a black object on the ceiling and it was just in front of me on the ceiling. By the way, it was sleeping and i was free to take photo of it.

Is it too much for counter strike?!

Masalah dan isu
Masalah boleh diselesaikan dengan menggunakan cara fikiran logik, ada yang memerlukan penyelesaian secare agama,ada yang memerlukan perasaan and ada yang memerlukan kreatif.

Masalah ada berbagai-bagai kategori seperti misteri, puzzle, dilema dan peluang. Setiap masalah yang wujud pastinya ada cara penyelesaiannya. Sesuatu masalah yang agak segera manakala sesuatu isu perlu ditangani dengan lebih berhati-hati.

Menurut Francis,1990, terdapat empat ciri-ciri yang mesti ada pada seseorang untuk menyelesai masalah dengan berkesan iaitu:

(i)Motivasi yang kuat
(ii)Trait yang positif
(iii)Jati diri
(iv)Membina kemahiran

Contoh model penyelesaian masalah 6 langkah (Chang dan Kelly,1993):
(i) Kenal Pasti Masalah
(ii) Analisa Punca Masalah
(iii) Kenal Pasti Cara Penyelesaian
(iv) Pilih Penyelesaian yang Terbaik
(v) Bentuk Plan Tindakan
(vi) Pelaksanaan dan Penilaian
